New Development of Affordable Homes Coming to West Kingsdown

The development will consist of seven rented homes and three shared ownership sales, and they will be available later this year.

To be eligible for these properties, applicants must have a local connection to the Parish of West Kingsdown or the surrounding Parishes of Kemsing, Shoreham, Eynsford, Farningham, Fawkham or Ash-cum-Ridley. Please note that priority will be given to applicants with a connection to West Kingsdown.

For rented homes, applicants must also be registered for housing with Sevenoaks District Council.
