The Steering Group and working parties

The Steering Group was formed by Farningham Parish Council and is governed by the Terms of Reference.

The Steering Group is made up of residents and Parish Councillors:

Helen Penney - Treasurer (Clerk & RFO to Farningham Parish Council)

The Secretary role is currently vacant.

The Steering Group is also very fortunate to have an Events Committee who are passionate about the Neighbourhood Plan and about supporting engagement and organising fundraising events. The Committee consists of:

The Steering Group will form separate working parties to progress the different themes and policies of the Neighbourhood Plan. Please let us know if any of the topics are of interest to you and if you would like to be involved:

1. Natural Environment, including climate change, movement between places and health & wellbeing.

2. Built Environment, including housing, design and heritage.

3. Village Life, including employment and the economy, infrastructure and the community.
