Your Councillors & Parish Clerk
The Council is comprised of seven Councillors who are either elected or co-opted, none are paid for this role all are volunteers. The Councillors are supported by the part time Parish Clerk who is a salaried employee. The Councillors have all lived within the parish for a combined total of over 150 years accumulating a wealth of local knowledge to serve the community.
Farningham Parish Council does not currently have committees or working groups. The Councillors share joint responsibility for footpaths, highways and transport, planning, street lighting and the natural environment.
